Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to US addresses via USPS/UPS with tracking. Delivery times are estimates—delays don’t void orders. Inspect packages on arrival; report issues within 7 days.​

Returns and Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products in original packaging. Shipping costs non-refundable. Defective items: contact support within 14 days for replacement/repair. No returns on custom or clearance items. Process refunds via original payment within 5-10 days.​

Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranties (e.g., 1-year for KERUI); we provide 5-year store warranty against defects. Excludes misuse, modifications, or normal wear.​

Limitation of Liability
